It said a total of 1,351 troops had been killed between February 24 and Friday.
According to Rudsko, about 30,000 Ukrainian troops have been killed in the past month.
Russia’s military estimates that about 14,000 soldiers were killed and the rest wounded.
Ukraine has also suffered heavy casualties in terms of weapons; Rudskoy claims that about 1,600 tanks and other armored vehicles were destroyed.
According to Kiev, Russia lost about 17,000 troops in a month-long war, destroying hundreds of tanks, armored vehicles and artillery.
Ukraine, however, is almost suppressing its own losses. The country’s president, Volodymyr Zelensky, said in mid-March that some 1,300 troops had been killed.
Russia wants Ukraine to never join the US-led military alliance NATO and declare itself a “neutral country.”
And Kiev says Russia is attacking them without provocation. Zelensky’s government has denied allegations that they planned to take Donetsk and Luhansk back by force.
