Eating late at night is responsible for nightmares!

Whether it’s working in the office or returning home from work for long periods of time on the phone, we have no shortage of excuses for having a late dinner. As a result, many unknown diseases are taking up residence in our body.
Another problem with eating more at night is sleep problems. Sugar levels also rise rapidly because the body cannot properly synthesize glucose eaten at night. That is also the reason for diabetes. If food enters the stomach late, the body becomes unable to release free radicals. As a result, the efficiency of the cell decreases. Immunity decreases, the chances of cancer increase.
If we stay hungry for a long time, our metabolic rate becomes slow. After eating the food, it increases quickly so we gain weight.
One study found that the more we ate at night, the more our bodies secreted insulin and leptin hormones. Which helps in accumulating more fat.
What does the research say about this?
