The key to success in any endeavor is to concentrate on that endeavor. So no matter what you do, if you want to do that work perfectly, first of all you have to give all your attention to that work. But it is not always possible for everyone to concentrate on one task. Many cannot.

(1) If you get enough sleep, you will be able to concentrate on any task. When sleep is good it is much easier to remember information about anything. Meanwhile, if you do not get enough sleep, it is seen that you feel very tired all day long and the effect of which will be very bad in your mind. And you will not get any motivation for your work.
(2) It is true that your ability to focus on physical activity depends a lot. If you exercise every day, it is good for your brain. Because it helps in the circulation of your brain. And as a result, your ability to focus will increase. Not much, 15-20 minutes of exercise every day, then you will get good results.
(3) A break is needed in anything. Because it is often seen that if it takes more time to do a task then we get bored. So a break is needed. If your work is too long, take breaks. Take a walk during breaks, do deep-breathing or anything that will give you peace of mind.
And if you work with breaks, you will see that you are interested in doing the work and you can finish the work beautifully.
(4) Much depends on the food. There are some foods that will increase your energy level while playing and will help you focus on anything. However, it is not right to eat more sugary foods. This will often prevent you from concentrating on anything. So eat foods that are good for your brain and body. For example, there are some other foods like broccoli, egg yolk, green tea, raw turmeric, nuts, vegetables, oats, etc. Try these foods.
(5) Another thing that is much more important to learn is motivation. Before doing any work, you must have the right idea about the reasons why you are doing the work and what are the benefits of doing the work. If you know these things, you will see that the interest in doing that work has increased a little.
