Google to protect Ukrainians from Russian airstrikes

Google’s Android users in Ukraine are getting help from Google to avoid a bomb attack from a Russian plane. Alerts are being sent to the phones of Android users in Ukraine before the air strikes begin. As a result, Ukrainians are able to move to safer places in advance to avoid possible attacks.
At the request of the Ukrainian government, all Android users are going to get this benefit in the next few days.
The feature has already reached many.
Dave Burke, Google’s vice president of engineering, made the announcement in a tweet. He said the air raid system would work in the same way that users are sent earthquake warnings.
Google’s blog post on Thursday said millions of people are now relying on Google’s warnings to stay safe.
