Heads of Germany, USA, France, Britain and Italy agreed on further support for Ukraine

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, United States President Joe Biden, French leader Emmanuel Macron, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi have agreed to further support Ukraine.
“The five leaders reaffirmed the importance of close coordination in providing assistance to the population and government institutions of Ukraine, with special attention to ensuring humanitarian corridors and supporting refugees,” Draghi’s office said in a statement.
Recall, on the morning of February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin made a speech, saying that in response to the appeal of the leaders of the republics of Donbass, he decided to conduct a special military operation. As the Russian leader stressed, Moscow’s plans do not include the occupation of Ukraine, but Russia intends to demilitarize the square.
On February 25, 2022, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree on general mobilization in the country.
