Apple has become one of the most valuable publicly traded corporations in the world thanks to the iPhone. The initial iPhone was hailed as a far-reaching and transition in the mobile phone business, and successive generations have received similar accolades.

According to Apple its brand message is THINK DIFFERENT BUT NOT TO DIFFERENT.

How To Change Snooze Time On iPhone

Setting an alarm on an iPhone is one of the most simple functions available but it also has a unique feature. When you snooze an iPhone alarm, it goes Silent for exactly 9 mins before resuming its ringing, that may appear to be an odd number at first, but there is a good reason why apple chose that specific number.

Whether someone uses a special alarm or a conventional one, snoozing an iPhone alarm lasts 9 minutes.

This was a problem because they[alarm clock makers] could not set the clock’s gear teeth to line up exactly for ten minutes of snooze. Apple further elaborates that they had to choose between having a snooze feature silence clock for 10 minutes and 43 seconds or 9 minutes and 3 seconds as the result of this 9 minutes was chosen as the best option.

As we know the interesting history, a 9 minute nap may not be feasible for everyone’s schedule, Apple unfortunately, does not allow consumers to change this. Instead, the best remedy is to generate custom snooze times by setting numerous alarms.

If someone wants a 7 minutes snooze after setting their main alarm at 9:00 they can set secondary alarms for 9:07;9:14 and so on. It would be much easier if Apple included an edit sleep option, but till then, this is the best you could do.

Another alternative is to use a third-party alarm clock application. It is a little amusing that iPhone users have to download a different application just to change their alarm’s snooze, but such is life.

Apple may upgrade iOS in the future to correct this, but for now this is the recommended options to change your snooze time
