This problem can also occur during menopause in girls and those who have diabetes. Many people do not clean their genitals properly after urinating or defecating. Urinary tract infections can also occur from there. If the soap is not washed properly from the clothes again, the infection can be from there later.
Symptoms of Urinary Tract Infection: Repeatedly goes to the bathroom but it doesn’t work properly. There is a foul odor in the urine, with which the color of the urine becomes darker. There is irritation in the genitals. With that there is a bad smell from there. But in some cases there is pain. Severe pain in the lower abdomen or lower back.
Reasons for repeated urinary tract infections
1. There are many people who drink very little water throughout the day. This makes the body more dry. Does not meet the body’s need for adequate water. Problems like urinary tract infections can also occur from there.
2. It is a habit of many to wear tight underwear. But it causes more damage to the body. Sweat builds up, gives off a foul odor and can lead to infections.
3. If the genitals are not washed properly after bathing or urinating, or if the genitals are always wet, there may be a bacterial infection.
4. It is obligatory to clean and wash the genitals after sexual intercourse. Otherwise, the infection can be from here. There may also be multiple problems.
Foods to be avoided in this situation: Coffee, alcohol and caffeinated foods should be avoided. Urinary tract infections are not getting better till then. These drinks can increase the risk of bladder infections. Sugary foods should be avoided. This is because high blood sugar increases the risk of urinary tract infections. For this reason, urinary tract infections are more common in people whose diabetes is out of control.
Spicy foods should be avoided as they increase the risk of bladder infections.
Citric fruits like lemons and oranges should be avoided during urinary tract infections. However, this type of citric fruit can protect you from further infections if the infection is good. If urinary tract infection is good, eat more spinach, green chillies, grape juice, strawberries.
What to eat: Drink plenty of water. This will remove harmful bacteria from the bladder. Eat jam. Because this fruit does not allow bacteria to get stuck in the urinary tract, it helps to get those bacteria out of the body. Eat yogurt, because the beneficial bacteria in it play a role in eliminating the harmful bacteria in the bladder. There is a shrub called cranberry. Its juice contains a lot of phytochemicals which help in expelling E. coli bacteria from the body. So you can drink cranberry juice.
