The head of Chechnya , Ramzan Kadyrov , is currently in Mariupol, Chechen Minister for National Policy, Foreign Relations, Press and Information Akhmed Dudayev confirmed to RIA Novosti.
“In order to raise the morale of our fighters, the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Akhmatovich Kadyrov, is in Mariupol, who brought additional technical equipment,” Dudayev said in a commentary to RIA Novosti.
