Meditation to increase attention!

We don’t even have time to breathe a little peace in our mechanical life. In this race for success in life, I sometimes get short of breath.
Again the mind is restless for various reasons. Decisions made without thinking are often wrong. Success in any endeavor requires foresight and patience. And we can get it through meditation.
We know that all the great revolutions of the world have started in the state of mindfulness in silence. Everything man-made visible in the world seems to have gained first reality. However, we do not take this issue very seriously.
If we can meditate for only 15 minutes a day, our troubled mind will be calmed. Meditation helps us to fight against fatigue, exhaustion and whimsical minds. If you want to meditate, you have to fix your mind first. It’s very simple and doesn’t require any extra style.
We can meditate to keep the body healthy and get peace of mind. Easy to do at home:
Choose an open space for meditation. You can also meditate in a garden, veranda with open roof or large room with large windows. Make a mat or bed in a specific place.
Wear loose comfortable clothing.
Keep away from all work and busyness while meditating. Turn off the mobile phone first, if the phone comes in to the meditation, the attention will be lost.
Sit in the lotus position or the way you feel comfortable sitting. Keep away from all worldly thoughts by taking slow and deep breaths. Try to bring the thoughts to a steady state by concentrating.
From the first day your mind may not be fully absorbed in meditation, do not lose patience. Try a few days regularly. The mind will come under your control.
Regular meditation increases our confidence and efficiency.
