Medvedev said that Western sanctions for Russia are not fatal

Dmitry Medvedev , Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation , said that the sanctions imposed by the West against Russia are not fatal difficulties.
In his opinion, these restrictions cannot be compared with the terrible trials of the country in the 20th century or correlated with the problems that had to be urgently addressed during the coronavirus pandemic.
– Yes, there are difficulties, they will have to be overcome. Unfortunately, they exist both at the state level and at the household level. But, firstly, we are no strangers to these difficulties, and, secondly, these are not fatal difficulties,” Medvedev said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
