Microbiologist Nikulin: the United States has turned Ukraine into a “testing ground” for the creation of bioweapons
The United States has turned Ukraine into a real “super training ground” for testing the means and methods of conducting biological warfare . Thus, the American side completely violated the convention on the prohibition of the development, production and stockpiling of biological and toxin weapons. Igor Nikulin , a microbiologist and former member of the UN Commission on Biological and Chemical Weapons, spoke about this on the radio “Komsomolskaya Pravda” .
– In general, yes. Ukraine has become a testing ground for biological research in the United States of America. … They have not been an independent state for a long time. And as a state occupied by Western “curators”, they have become a testing ground for all kinds of experiments, not only biological ones, – Nikulin said.
