Peskov said Poland’s belligerent line is of deep concern to Russia

The press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov said that the extremely bellicose and anti-Russian line of the Polish authorities is of deep concern to Moscow.
“In general, the line of the Polish leadership has recently caused deep concern – the line is extremely militant, anti-Russian,” the Kremlin spokesman said on Monday, April 4, noting that statements by the Polish Deputy Prime Minister could subsequently lead to a further increase in tension on the continent.
Recall that a day earlier, on April 3, Polish Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the Committee on National Security and Defense Yaroslavp Kaczynski said that Poland was ready to host US nuclear weapons, pointing out that this would significantly strengthen the “containment of Russia.” In addition, he sharply criticized Germany’s position towards Ukraine, noting that Berlin could supply more weapons to Kiev, as well as support the European Union’s oil embargo.
