Sony Pictures has decided to suspend all its activities in Russia amid the situation in Ukraine.
This was reported by Variety , citing a statement made to employees by Sony Pictures Entertainment CEO Tony Vinciquerra, which states that the corporation is ready to support “many companies around the world that have currently suspended their activities in Russia.”
The statement also notes that the company has already postponed the release of its projects, including the film “Spider-Man. There is no way home”, and also decided to freeze deals for the distribution of content on television.
