Roberta Metsola, President of the European Parliament (EP), went to Kiev, the capital of Ukraine, which was the target of intense attacks by Russia.
Metsola, who met with the Speaker of the Ukrainian Parliament Ruslan Stefanchuk and the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal, also made a speech to the deputies in the Ukrainian parliament.
