Taal Volcano woke up in the Philippines

The Taal Volcano has erupted on the Philippine island of Luzon. This happened on Saturday, March 26, TASS reports with reference to the Philippine Institute of Seismology and Volcanology. The volcano threw a column of smoke to a height of about three kilometers.
Experts announced the third level of danger on a five-point scale and called on people living near the volcano to evacuate.
Taal Volcano is one of the smallest active volcanoes on Earth, but the second among the most active volcanoes in the Philippines. It is located 50 kilometers south of the capital of the Philippines, Manila.
The last time a serious eruption of the Taal volcano occurred in 2020 , the authorities evacuated the residents.
