The head of the Belgorod region announced the explosions from the village of Krasny Oktyabr
The authorities spoke about the explosions near the village of Krasny Oktyabr in the Belgorod region. None of the local residents were injured, no damage was recorded on the territory of the settlement, Governor of the Belgorod Region Vyacheslav Gladkov said on his Telegram channel.
“There are no casualties and injuries among the population. There is no destruction in the village either. All emergency services arrived at the place. I will report on the reasons for the incident later,” Gladkov wrote.
At 22.15 Moscow time, the governor announced that the explosions had stopped. An operational group of the Ministry of Emergency Situations is working at the scene of the emergency. Specialists will conduct another round of the village in order to inspect the houses for damage.
