The State Duma proposed to recognize as compatriots those who speak Russian

A bill proposing a more specific interpretation of the concept of “compatriot” was submitted to the State Duma by the first deputy chairman of the committee on CIS affairs, Eurasian integration and relations with compatriots Konstantin Zatulin .
