Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky has claimed that Russia’s military suffered heavy casualties during the operation in Ukraine. In a video message, he said, “The Russian military has suffered the most in decades.”
Zelensky claims that 31 Russian battalions are now stationed in Ukraine.
He also demanded the immediate release of the mayor of Melitopol, who had been detained by Russian forces. Zelensky also said he was working quickly to become a member of the European Union.
Meanwhile, various countries are now imposing various sanctions on Russia and its rich citizens. Following this, the Italian authorities seized a pleasure boat worth 5.3 billion Euros belonging to Russian tycoon Andrei Melinshenko.
The 143-meter-long pleasure boat was seized in northern Italy, Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi said.
