United States intends for India: Russia will not come if China attacks
US Deputy National Security Adviser Dalip Singh has made another statement to India. The United States has no objection to India buying oil from Russia. But it should be bought within the limits

US Deputy National Security Adviser Dalip Singh has arrived in Delhi for talks with Indian officials, including Indian Foreign Secretary Harshvardhan Sringla. There he practically speaks of Chinese-juju.
Dalip Singh told Indian officials that China and Russia now have a “no limit partnership”. So if China crosses the Line of Actual Control (LAC), then Russia will not side with India. Let Delhi keep this simple truth in mind.
Dalip Singh said, “Russia and China have a no limit partnership. Russia says China is their most important strategic partner. This declaration has a special significance for India. ”
“Russia is a junior partner in this partnership,” he claimed. And this partnership is against India’s interests. If China passes the LAC again, Russia will not run for India. ”
Dalip Singh has informed India of another thing. The United States has no objection to India buying oil from Russia. But it should be bought within the limits. Within the range means the amount of oil India buys from Russia in other years. There is no objection if it is more or less. But India should not buy huge amount of oil from Russia. And no transaction should be done with the Central Bank of Russia.
Dalip Singh has informed the Indian authorities that Russia is not a reliable oil supplier. US allies and allies are reducing their dependence on Russia for oil. The United States has imposed sanctions on Russia. India should not break that ban.
Dalip Singh is one of the masterminds of sanctions against Russia.
Dalip Singh said, “I have come to India in a friendly atmosphere to discuss our sanctions against Russia. The United States is ready to meet India’s demand for oil and defense. ”
Kate Beddingfield, White House Director of Communications, said, “Indian officials have had very good discussions with Dalip Singh. I know the talks have been successful. ”
“What we want in the case of India or any other country is for the international community to speak in unison,” said Foreign Ministry spokesman Ned Price. They speak out against unjust, unprovoked, pre-arranged aggression and call for an end to violence. It’s true that all these countries have long-standing relations with Russia, for which they need to say more. ”
“We do not want India to import large quantities of oil or anything else from Russia,” said Ned Price. “Everything that the United States has banned should not be bought from Russia.”
Russian Foreign Minister in Delhi
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov is also in Delhi. He will hold talks with Indian Foreign Minister Jayashankar. Will meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Russia now wants to give oil to India at a huge discount. Russia wants to give a discount of ড 35 per barrel from the price before the Ukraine-conflict started. They want India to immediately buy the 15 million barrels of oil earmarked for this year.
India’s response
Indian Foreign Minister S Jayashankar has said that oil prices have risen in the international market. So it is only natural that countries should look for other markets in the interest of their own people.
“I am convinced that if we had waited two or three more months, we would have seen big buyers of Russian oil and gas,” Jayashankar said. We will not be in the top ten of that list. ”
As Jayashankar speaks, British Foreign Secretary Liz Truss is by his side.
